In addition to building wastewater treatment plants, we plan and set up distribution networks, refurbish them or expand their capacities, and operate them if so required by our customers. We take on responsibility in planning and construction with special requirements and complex challenges. Outlet lines that discharge into the sea in combination with micro-tunnelling have been successfully implemented in our projects, for example. With our expertise in pipeline construction, we ensure that both wastewater and treated sewage effluent (TSE) can be transported safely and smoothly to irrigate green areas and farmland, and that the distribution network as a whole is operated efficiently.
The infrastructure and the knowhow for disposing of wastewater are not available in every region. This is why we supply comprehensive solutions from the collection and purification of wastewater to organised disposal of the residual materials.

Our plant concepts are designed to achieve maximum efficiency. By consistently using renewable energy, for instance with plants for sewage sludge incineration, operating CHPs and similar solutions, we create systems that are predominantly energy-self-sufficient. Many of our wastewater treatment plants can almost entirely supply their own energy, which not only lowers resource use and operating costs but above all reduces environmental impact and promotes biodiversity in ecosystems.
