For many years, the software solutions of the WTE Group have supported our customers in optimising commercial and technical operational management tasks and public administration processes. All relevant operating data readily available – with our WARIOS software suite you can easily collect and evaluate key plant data and share it with external parties. For stable and fair contribution rates and fees, municipalities rely on exact recording of property data. This data forms the basis of area-based contribution and fee data. Our software solution GBM4 enables comprehensive recording and processing of property data at municipal level, and evaluation of this data. The software is flexible and can be adjusted to suit individual rates and local regulations.
With our diverse software solutions, you are able to prepare your plants, systems and processes for the requirements of water management 4.0. We help our customers to use our software solutions as efficiently as possible. We are always happy to give advice on set-up and configuration, clarify any issues relating to use and provide training. When it comes to deployment, we take care of the software hosting on the basis of service level agreements (SLAs). If technical difficulties or disruptions occur, we take all necessary steps to rectify them. This ensures than any downtime is kept to a minimum.
