As a responsible company, we take and support measures to protect the abilities of our employees:

  • We are committed to meeting the statutory requirements for providing safe and healthy working conditions and for preventing work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • We carry out recurring studies that are documented systematically to measure the efficiency of our work.
  • Regular training and instruction are provided in collaboration with external partners to strengthen and expand the technical expertise of our employees.
  • Regular inspections secure and maintain the working environment.
  • Work equipment and machinery are selected and inspected in accordance with the applicable work safety regulations.
