  • Managing director since 2006 (Spokesperson of the Board of Management)
  • Joined WTE Wassertechnik GmbH in 1996
  • Obtained engineer doctorate at Rostock University
  • Studied Industrial Engineering
Dr. Robert Dick
  • Managing Director since 2021
  • Joined EVN in 2007
  • Doctoral studies in Business Administration at Linz University
EVN AG Management Board
Management Board Director Stefan Szyszkowitz
  • Appointed to the Management Board until 19 January 2026
  • 2017 – appointed as Spokesperson of the Management Board
  • 2011 – appointed to the Management Board of EVN AG
  • Joined EVN in 1993 | Master of Business Administration
  • Postgraduate law degree
  • Executive responsibility for the Energy and South East Europe segments as well as the following corporate functions: controlling (incl. investor relations), customer relations, finance, accounting, general secretary and investment management, legal and public affairs, information and communications, and human resources.
Management Board Director Stefan Stallinger
  • Appointed to the Management Board until 31 March 2029
  • Joined EVN AG in 2024 and appointed to the Executive Board
  • Graduated in Industrial Engineering and Technical Chemistry
  • Executive responsibility for the Generation, Networks and Environment segments as well as the following corporate functions: data processing, procurement and purchasing, safety and infrastructure and internal auditing.

 

 

 

Management Board Director Alexandra Wittmann
  • Appointed to the Management Board until 31 March 2029
  • Joined EVN AG in 2024 and appointed to the Executive Board
  • Degree in ‘European Business and Corporate Management’ from a university of applied sciences
  • Responsible for the South East Europe segment, as well as for the Group functions Procurement and Purchasing, Controlling (incl. Investor Relations), Finance and Accounting.

The Group function of Internal Audit, which is managed by the CFO division of the Executive Board, is assigned to the Executive Board as a whole.
