On the 3 October 2014 the WWTP in Budva was put into operation.
WTE took on the planing, construction, financing and 30 years’ operation of a complex water disposal system for the community of Budva in Montenegro. The project is designed initially for 130,000 PE, but is to be extended in the long term to 215,000 PE. Following partial trial operation, the wastewater treatment system consotong of a sewage plant, pumping stations and transport systems has been in full operation since May 2014.
On the 3 October 2014 the wastewater treatment plant was put into operation, in the presence of prime minister of Montenegro Mr.Milo Đukanović, the Major of Budva Mr. Lazar Rađenović as well as the Managing director of WTE Wassertechnik GmbH Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Franz Mittermayer.
